Brunswick County recorded 720 home sales in June, up from 570 sales in June 2025, a 26.3% increase and the highest number of June sales in at least 20 years.
According to the Brunswick County Association of Realtors, buyer demand continues to outpace available inventory, with homes selling more quickly and pending sales increasing significantly from a year ago.
"June was one of the strongest months Brunswick County's housing market has experienced in decades," said Cynthia Walsh, CEO of the Brunswick County Association of Realtors.
