Plantation Village Retirement Community

Plantation Village is Wilmington's original not-for-profit Life Plan Community! When we built our nonprofit retirement community over 30 years ago, we set out to give people a lifestyle where they could feel secure in the future while keeping their zest for life. Situated on an idyllic setting of 58 acres in Porters Neck, we provide close proximity to area beaches and downtown while being removed from the daily bustle of traffic. Our residents enjoy a high level of hospitality and customer service and are secure in knowing they have priority access to higher levels of care should they ever need it.
